If you have doubts about a message’s authenticity, do not reply, click any links, open attachments, scan QR codes, or disclose personal information, login credentials, passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs) or credit card details. Messages concerning refunds, compensation, reimbursements, flight arrangements, surveys, reward claims or promotional offers should be verified through the official channels above.

In accordance with the latest ICAO and HKCAD regulations, each passenger is permitted to carry up to two (2) power banks onboard. All power banks and spare lithium batteries must be kept with you or packed inside your carry-on Small Personal Item, and must never be placed in checked baggage. For onboard safety, power banks must not be used for charging, recharged, or stored in overhead compartments during the flight.

During peak travel periods, airport traffic significantly increases. Passengers should allow ample time to reach the airport to ensure a smooth boarding process. Here are some important tips:
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport three hours in advance to complete check-in procedures and go through security checks, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable journey
All passengers (except specified individuals) must complete the eTravel registration on the designated website, https://etravel.gov.ph, at least 72 hours before arriving in the Philippines to meet local entry requirements. For more details, please refer to the official website.
Passengers are kindly advised to arrive at their boarding gate at Hong Kong International Airport 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, considering the time required for security procedures and gate distances. Please note that certain gates may require passengers to take an automatic people mover or shuttle bus in order to reach them, which may take 30 minutes or more. Passengers who miss the boarding time will be denied boarding. Thank you for your cooperation.
In accordance with the Hong Kong Aviation Security Legislation, all passengers must undergo security screening at the departure airport for flights to Hong Kong. Passengers who have not completed the security screening will not be allowed to board.

The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has announced that with effect from 31 January 2021, British National (Overseas) passports will no longer be regarded as valid travel documents or proof of identity.
