Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion period: 1 July–31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).  
2. Offer is available to physical HSBC Red Credit Card cardholders only, subject to availability and HK Express operational constraints.  
3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to one complimentary drink (HKD25 or below) per flight during the Promotion Period upon: 
   (a) purchase of an in‑flight meal priced at HKD30 or above using the Credit Card; and 
   (b) informing cabin crew before ordering.  
4. Eligible meals (≥HKD30) includes items under Hearty, Easy, Sweet, or Quick Bites. Complimentary drinks (≤HKD25) must be selected from Thirst Quenchers or Warm Sips, subject to onboard availability.  
5. No reservations. Availability subject to cabin crew confirmation; not guaranteed by the Bank.  
6. Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash/other products. The Bank may substitute with similar value items without prior notice.
